“WWE: Then. Now. Forever.”
We go back to Monday Night RAW, when Stephanie addresses the actions of Roman Reigns the night before. We see Vince McMahon returning to RAW for the first time in months, and Sheamus laying out a challenge to Roman Reigns. Reigns gets a shot at the WWE title, but if he loses he’s fired! We then see highlights of the main event, in which Reigns overcame the interference of League of Nations and Vince to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship! With that we come to the arena for another exciting edition of “Thursday Night SmackDown”! Roman Reigns is making his way down to the ring through the crowd, a smile on his face and the WWE title slung on his shoulder. He gets into the ring, receiving a mic on the way in before he starts to talk. Winning the WWE title felt SO good, but winning it on my little girl’s birthday was completely God sent. That was the moment I wanted, to take this home and show my family what we sacrificed for. I’ve got a feeling we’ll have to savor this one, because I gotta feeling I won’t have many days left in the WWE. I speared Triple H and we ain’t seen him since, and then I Superman Punched the Chairman of the Board Vince McMahon! Don’t try that at home, kids, because there will be repercussions on Monday…but this is SmackDown, so we’re gonna live in the moment! Suddenly, Sheamus makes his way out. I’m happy for ya, man, because I know how much you wanted it. You’ve earned it! Savor every moment, you’ve already had it longer than five minutes and fifteen seconds…shirts still available on WWEShop.com…savor every moment, because it won’t last. Roman challenges Sheamus to come to the ring and do something about it, but Sheamus insists he should worry about all the enemies he’s made in the process of winning the title. I went to bat for you, but the Authority has launched an investigation and until further notice, you’re on the sidelines fella! You can’t fight, you can’t make any challenges…you can’t even be in this building. On behalf of the power invested to me by the Authority, I’m gonna have to ask you to leave right now. Sheamus says he’s just the messenger, but Roman has a message of his own: if you want me to leave, you’re gonna have to make me. Sheamus informs Roman that Steph gave him “alternative measures” to make him leave as he brings out security. Sheamus will give Roman one more opportunity to leave of his own free will, but Roman refuses as security goes to the ring. Reigns starts taking out the security force one by one, even landing a Superman Punch on two of them! He poses in the ring with the title as his music hits. Commentary hypes up some matches, including Dolph Ziggler versus Kevin Owens and Ryback taking on Alberto Del Rio, coming up next!
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, Alberto Del Rio makes his way to the ring and takes a moment to show off a Mexico flag at ringside. After that, Ryback makes his way as we get a message from the Big Guy: Alberto Del Rio is a bully, and after tonight he’ll wish he’d never come back. FEED ME MORE!
Non-Title Match
WWE United States Champion Alberto Del Rio vs. Ryback
Both men lock up, exchanging holds until Ryback wrenches the arm of ADR, who gets him into the corner and lands a kick. In another corner, ADR starts punching but Ryback gets out…only to get a big kick by ADR. ADR still on the attack, but Ryback stops him in his tracks and picks him up for a gorilla press slam! Back in the corner, Ryback has ADR up on top but ADR catches him with an armbar on the ropes! ADR back in the ring with a dropkick on the Big Guy, and shoving Ryback off the apron into the barricade as we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, ADR is still in control with a sleeper hold on Ryback. Ryback slowly makes his way up, hitting a belly to back suplex using the ropes as a springboard. They exchange punches now, but Ryback drops ADR hard with a couple shoulder blocks and a big splash. He brings ADR into the corner, but ADR reverses only to be met with a missile dropkick by Ryback for a nearfall. Ryback in the corner looking for the Meat Hook, but ADR catches him with a German Suplex for a nearfall. ADR still on the offensive, now in the corner looking for the superkick…but Ryback catches him with a spinebuster! Straps are down as Ryback looks for the Meat Hook again, this time getting it! He goes for a Shell Shocked but the League of Nations distracts him, allowing ADR to get him in the Cross Arm Breaker for the win!
Winner via submission: Alberto Del Rio
-Commercial-
League of Nations come in the ring as ADR celebrates with his title. The League attack Ryback after the match, a set up for Rusev to put the Accolade on Ryback. Commentary hype up a tag match between Lucha Dragons and New Day later tonight. Backstage, Tyler Breeze is with Summer Rae making fun of Titus “Ugh” O’Neil, who claims his dance makes him look like millions of dollars. You know who looks like BILLIONS of dollars? Only the most gorgeous face in the WWE, this one! Summer says that after tonight, Titus is gonna need all those millions of dollars for reconstructive surgery. They both laugh at this as Goldust appears out of nowhere. Tyler asks him to leave, and Summer sprays the former Intercontinental Champion with hairspray before the Bizarre One walks off and we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, Tyler Breeze is already in the ring as Titus O’Neil makes his way to the ring.
Tyler Breeze vs. Titus O’Neil
The bell rings and both men are right at it. Titus hits a body slam on Breeze, who retreats to the corner before catching Titus with a kick to the face. Breeze goes to work on Titus in the ropes, and catches him with a dropkick before getting him in the corner as Goldust walks down to the ring. Goldust watches on as Titus turns things around in the match. We see Goldust joining Summer in the VIP Lounge as Titus charges Breeze in the corner. Breeze goes for a cross body, but gets thrown around for his efforts. Meanwhile at ringside, Goldust is taking a selfie with Summer to the chagrin of Breeze. Goldust comes to the ring to take a selfie with Breeze, who gets dropped with Clash of the Titus for the win!
Winner via pinfall: Titus O’Neil
After the match, Goldust is taking a selfie as Summer checks on Breeze. Commentary hypes up Dolph Ziggler vs Kevin Owens later tonight before we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
We see the Superstars nominated for Celebs Gone Good before commentary talks about the main event for tonight as Dolph Ziggler takes on former Intercontinental Champion Kevin Owens. With that we go back to TLC when Dean Ambrose defeated Kevin Owens for the title, and Owens getting his revenge the next night at RAW by dropping Dean with not one but two Pop Up Powerbombs on the new champ as well as Dolph Ziggler. Backstage, Renee Young is with the new champion to get his thoughts on Kevin claiming he’d put him in a mental institution to win back his title. Kevin Owens can powerbomb me dozens of times, but I don’t go away. Next time he wants a piece of this, he just has to ask because being Intercontinental Champion means taking on all comers. Kevin’s plan to drive him crazy just isn’t gonna work. We go back to TLC again, this time focusing on the elimination tables match between the Wyatt Family and the ECW Originals, and the next night as the two teams faced off in an Extreme Rules match. That match ends with Rowan hitting a big splash on Rhyno through the table for the win. “DAH!” The Wyatts appear, as Bray talks about what it means to be extreme: to push oneself beyond the limits of ordinary men. Unfortunately, no matter how hard you push yourself, when you face your fear, extreme just isn’t enough. Luke Harper says pain is temporary, but fear lasts forever. Erik Rowan says you can search for the light, but all you will find is darkness. Braun Strowman finds solace in the muffled screams of those who takes their last breaths in his arms. Bray says they are not of this world, they do not conform. Sleep with one eye open, know that we are everywhere and that we can never stop. Run.
“OH, NEWAAARK…DON’T YOU DARE BE SOUR. CLAP FOR YOUR WORLD FAMOUS TWO TIME CHAMPS AND FEEL THE POWAAAAHHHHHH!”
The New Day make their way to the ring as they get ready for this tag match. Big E is seen holding a poster of New Day as they approach the ring as we get a plug for the 2015 Slammy Awards this Monday on RAW before we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, Xavier Woods says the Lucha Dragons and the Usos disrespectfully declined their offer of friendship on Monday, and he knows why. Big E replies: “JEALOUSY!” Xavier says everyone in this building, everyone on this planet is jealous of the New Day and we can’t blame you because we’re pretty fantastic. Kofi says in addition to that, we are sultans of style…for example, this unicorn horn is available on WWEShop.com. Big E says we are the hottest thing you have seen since the Kwan, and that’s why we invented the Unikwan! Xavier says it’s also because we are winners, and Big E says in case you haven’t seen TLC, spoilers: we won! Kofi says what we’d like to do is celebrate, but Xavier wants to address the people that appreciate their dancing…but it’s not for them, it’s for the New Day! Lucha Dragons make their way out to the ring to interrupt, as we go back to TLC and the triple threat ladder match for the Tag Titles. Highlights include the big Salida Del Sol off the top of the ladder, as tonight’s tag match is underway!
Non-Title Match
WWE Tag Team Champions The New Day vs. The Lucha Dragons
Sin Cara and Xavier start the match, and Woods gets the early going before Cara hits him down for a nearfall! Cara with the tag and assisted slam on Xavier as Kalisto gets the nearfall. At ringside we see Big E giving the commentators a list of nicknames as the match continues with Lucha Dragons exchanging tags and each getting a nearfall on Xavier. Kalisto with an armbar on Xavier as Sin Cara tags in, hitting Xavier hard before tagging Kalisto back in. Kalisto with an assisted monkey flip onto Xavier for a nearfall and getting him into the corner as the crowd chant “New Day Sucks!” Kofi distracts Kalisto, allowing Xavier to shove him off the turnbuckle as we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, New Day is still in control as they stomp into Kalisto while Big E taunts him from ringside. Kofi and Xavier still beating down Kalisto while Big E tries to play the trombone at ringside. Kalisto now powering out, only for Xavier to hit a big kick and the nearfall. Xavier tags in Kofi, who drops a boot on Kalisto for a nearfall of his own. Xavier tags in again, getting a nearfall on Kalisto before going right back to work on him. Again, Kofi in now putting a sleeper hold on Kalisto, who powers out only for Kofi to knock him into the corner. Kalisto fighting back, hitting a cross body on Kofi and trying to get the tag to Sin Cara. Xavier distracts the ref while Big E knocks Sin Cara off the apron, and Kofi is back on the attack. New Day celebrating on the ring, until Sin Cara catches Xavier with a diving neckbreaker that drops Big E as well! Kalisto rolls up Kofi with a powerbomb from the corner getting the surprise win!
Winners via pinfall: The Lucha Dragons
Lucha Dragons celebrate on the ramp as we go backstage, where Renee Young is with Dolph Ziggler. Dolph doesn’t appreciate being in the background, but what Kevin doesn’t understand is that all the titles Dolph has won are important but not as much as trying to prove himself to him and to the fans, and in the back he dares everyone to try to top him. He’s been in the background, and that’s on him…but the reason he pushes himself is he doesn’t take days off, he doesn’t call in sick, he doesn’t lose his smiles and he sure doesn’t lose his attitude. Tonight, he dares Kevin Owens to top him, to hang with him…I dare you.
Back at ringside, Brie Bella makes her to the ring for this upcoming Divas match as we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, we see Team BAD hanging out in the front row as Becky Lynch makes her way to the ring. We go back to TLC with the Divas Title match between Charlotte and Paige, where Ric Flair decided to get involved leading to Charlotte retaining her title. We also take a look at the next night, where Ric gets involved in the tag match leading to Becky getting the win. Back to the ring, where this Divas match gets going!
Brie Bella vs. Becky Lynch
Action starts quickly as Brie gets Becky out of the ring. We hear the crowd chanting “We Want Sasha” as Brie taunts Team BAD before getting back in the ring. She goes back to work on Becky, when suddenly Charlotte comes to the ring. Becky turns things back around on the distraction, hitting a series of hits and a calf kick to the corner. Brie catches Becky with a missile dropkick and a knee to the face for a nearfall. Becky responds with a pumphandle suplex for a nearfall of her own, before hitting an elbow on Brie. Brie stops her, but gets set on the ropes where Charlotte trips her up. Becky doesn’t look happy about that, but puts Brie in the Disarm-Her for the win!
Winner via submission: Becky Lynch
Charlotte goes in the ring to celebrate, but Becky is less than pleased with how that match ended as we get hyped (and STAY HYPED) for tonight’s main event as Dolph Ziggler faces Kevin Owens!
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, Becky and Charlotte have an argument over the Divas Champion’s involvement in Becky’s matches lately. Whatever happens, Becky wants it to be on HER back, but Charlotte just didn’t want her to lose. Becky thinks Charlotte means Becky can’t win on her own, and just walks off as we go back to ringside to hype next Monday’s Slammy Awards. Backstage, JoJo catches up with Kevin Owens, whose entire focus on winning back his Intercontinental Championship. Right now it’s in the possession of a cockroach named Dean Ambrose, and just like a cockroach, Dean Ambrose can survive pretty much anything…but he cannot survive me! As for Dolph Ziggler, bad things are gonna happen to him. Remember last Monday that he wouldn’t stop until he put Dean Ambrose in an institution? Tonight he’s not gonna stop until he puts Dolph Ziggler in the hospital.
Back at ringside, Dolph Ziggler makes his way to the ring as we go to commercial.
-Commercial-

Owens whips Ziggler against the ropes, but is dropped by the Showoff before leaving the ring. They start fighting on the outside, with Dolph sending Owens into the barricade as we go to commercial.
-Commercial-
Back from commercial, both men are back in the ring as Owens is in control with a sleeper hold on Ziggler. Ziggler appears to be fading, but slowly makes his way up before Owens slams him down, following with a running senton for a nearfall. Owens back on the attack, focusing on the injured neck of Ziggler before locking in the chinlock. Ziggler trying to fight out of it, getting back up again but Owens looks for a suplex…but Ziggler rolls him up for a nearfall! Owens charges at Ziggler, but ends up falling out of the ring when Ziggler evades! Owens rolls into the ring but Ziggler catches him, turning things around with a triple shot of elbow drops before looking for the superkick…but Owens catches him with a belly to belly suplex for a nearfall! Owens goes up top, but Ziggler catches him…but it’s a trap as Owens drops Ziggler with a German suplex before hitting a cannonball for a nearfall. Ziggler avoids a Pop Up Powerbomb, getting a superkick for a nearfall! They exchange blows again, and Owens sends Ziggler out of the ring! The ref goes out to check on Ziggler, but Owens comes out to continue the attack. The ref pulls Owens away, but Owens goes right back on Ziggler before throwing him clear over the announce table as the ref calls for the bell!
Winner via disqualification: Dolph Ziggler
After the match, Dolph tries to take the fight back to Owens but gets thrown into the steel steps. Owens looks to do more damage until Dean Ambrose runs down to the ring, where he and Owens go into a big brawl! Owens retreating up the ramp, as Dolph superkicks Dean Ambrose to confuse absolutely everyone as the show comes to a close.
