A video package runs hyping Randy Orton vs. John Cena tonight.
WWE World Heavyweight Championship Match
Randy Orton (c) vs. John Cena
Lock up and Randy Orton with a headlock takedown early on John Cena. Orton with some quick boots on Cena and goes back to a headlock takedown to keep Cena grounded. Cena with a shoulder tackle and quick rights to Orton in the corner. The crowd in Pittsburgh keep chanting for Daniel Bryan. Cena looks to be going for a Boston Crab when Orton rolls to his back and kicks him out of the ring. Orton gives Cena a suplex back in the ring over the top rope. Loud “BORING” chant breaks out in Pittsburgh. Cena with a clothesline sending Orton over the top rope to the outside. Orton sends Cena shoulder first into the steel steps. Orton counters an AA attempt and connects with a big DDT. The crowd remains negative in Pittsburgh as Orton jumps up on the top rope to pose. Cena walks up, puts Orton on his shoulders and connects with a quick electric chair. Cena plants Orton, goes for the “You Can’t See Me” gesture and Orton counters out with a kick to the face. Orton with a modified neckbreaker on Orton. Cena goes up top and Orton cuts him off. Cena with headbutts to send Orton back to the ring below. Cena stands up and connects with his leg drop to the back of the neck of Orton. Orton counters another AA attempt with a backbreaker. Cena counters an RKO attempt and gets the STF locked on. Orton gets to the ropes. Cena plants Orton a second time and connects this time with the Five Knuckle Shuffle. Cena has Orton up, Orton hangs on to the ropes, referee bump, Cena has Orton down and back in the STF. Orton starts tapping. Cena breaks the hold thinking he won when he sees the referee down. A WWE official goes to check on the referee when Orton grabs on of the titles and hits Cena with it. Orton revives the referee, covers Cena and Cena kicks out. A loud “THIS IS AWFUL” chant starts up. Cena has Orton up for the AA and connects. Cena hooks the leg and Orton kicks out. Crowd now starts up “WE WANT DIVAS” chant as Orton poses at them. Orton backs up looking to punt Cena in the head. Cena moves, has Orton up, Orton counters and puts a modified STF on Cena. Cena fights out and gets Orton in a Crossface. Orton with an AA on Cena. Cena kicks out. Cena with an RKO. Orton kicks out of that. Cena picks up Orton and places him on the top turnbuckle. Cena jumps up with his back to Orton, puts Orton on his shoulders, Orton counters off and connects with a modified tornado DDT on Orton. Cena goes back to the STF on Orton. Orton gets close to the ropes when Cena pulls him out and back to the middle of the ring. The Wyatt Family sound hits and the arena goes black. The lights return and the Wyatt’s are standing on the ring apron. This distracts Cena allowing Orton to connect with an RKO as the Wyatt’s jump off the ring apron. Orton gets the pinfall on Cena.
Winner and still WWE World Heavyweight Champion: Randy Orton
After the match, Randy Orton grabs his titles and leaves through the crowd. The Wyatt Family hits the ring and they start beating up John Cena. Luke Harper and Erick Rowan hold Cena. Bray Wyatt grabs Cena yelling, “Behold the creators of the new world!” Wyatt with Sister Abigail on Cena. The Wyatt Family heads to the back. We see highlights from the ending of the match. Back live, John Cena has recovered and heads to the back.

Backstage, Renee Young is with the new WWE Tag Team Champions, the New Age Outlaws. We see footage of Road Dogg and Billy Gunn defeating Cody Rhodes and Goldust earlier tonight to capture the titles. Back live, the Road Dogg says the Outlaws do tag team wrestling the best. Billy Gunn ends with two words: NEW CHAMPS!
