The New Day is shown backstage. Xavier Woods is hyping up Tag Team Turmoil to determine the #1 Contenders for the Raw Tag Team Championship. The Viking Raiders say they will raid the tag team division. Mustafa Ali is trying to calm Mansoor down backstage. Ali tells Mansoor to do whatever it takes. The Lucha House Party says they will prove they’re out of this world. T-Bar and Mace say that they aren’t intimidated. They’re going through six victims. Jinder Mahal and Veer are shown with Shanky in the background. Mahal says they are the next Raw Tag Team Champions. AJ Styles and Omos say RK-Bro are putting turmoil on the Raw Tag Team Championship. After tonight, they’re going to be the #1 Contenders and will win back the titles.
Raw Tag Team Champions RK-Bro make their way to the ring. Replays are shown of RK-Bro defeating WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP last week on Raw to retain their titles.
Randy Orton says WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP failed miserably to take their titles last week. Lashley is a greedy son of a bitch. Tonight, they’ll look at the rest of the 7 tag teams on Raw. They’ll determine which team deserves to be destroyed by RK-Bro. Riddle starts talking about how T-Bar and Mace are super tall, but the Lucha House Party aren’t. LHP has cool masks, though. Riddle wants them to get masks or get jackets like Mansoor or Ali. If Orton doesn’t want to do that, maybe they’ll go on a raid and drink some ale like the Viking Raiders. Riddle says Orton’s body looks like he doesn’t take in any carbs. Riddle loves ale, especially when he gets the munchies. Speaking of munchies, he hopes the New Day brings out some pancakes.
WWE Champion Bobby Lashley and MVP make their way out to the stage. MVP tells Riddle to shut his dumbass up. MVP then speaks Spanish. The WWE Universe loses IQ points every second they hear Riddle ramble on about nothing. Instead of worrying about Tag Team Turmoil, they need to worry about the one-man juggernaut who will rip Randy’s head off for the cowardly RKO last week. Lashley and MVP get in the ring. Lashley says it was cowardly what happened last week. Lashley is out here so Orton can finish what he started. Instead of attacking him from behind, Orton can face him like a man one-on-one so he can rip his shoulders out of their sockets with the Hurt Lock and dump Orton at his feet like the coward he is. Orton asks if Lashley is really challenging him to a match. Lashley says he is. Orton says that sounds interesting. He was thinking a few weeks ago that it’s been 10 or maybe 15 years since they’ve faced each other in this ring. Lashley was talking about being a double champion, and it got Orton thinking. He’ll accept the match on one condition. When they fight, Lashley will put the WWE Championship on the line. The crowd roars in approval. MVP wants to take a moment and whispers in Lashley’s ear. MVP says last week, like the Viper he is, Orton hit the patented RKO out of nowhere. However, when the All Mighty returns the favor, it won’t be from out of nowhere. It’ll be in his face at Extreme Rules!
Lashley and MVP go to walk off, but Lashley stops and turns around. Lashley says he is the greedy son of a bitch like Orton said. They’re going to talk to Adam Pearce and Sonya Deville to get themselves in Tag Team Turmoil. Then he’ll be the double champions, like he said.
The New Day make their way to the stage. Kofi Kingston asks if Lashley really said that. He might want to talk to Sonya and Adam ASAP because they’re kicking off the Tag Team Turmoil match right now. Woods says they’re starting the match off, which means the odds are against them, but they’ve beaten the odds before, like when Woods beat Lashley a few weeks ago. They’ll do it again when they win the match and go on to win the Raw Tag Team Championship.
The Viking Raiders make their way to the ring.
