WWE Raw kicks off with Randy Orton sitting in a chair backstage. He says he didn’t leave Clash of Champions with the WWE Championship. Instead, he left in an ambulance. He doesn’t remember much but he does remember what happened in his match with Drew McIntyre. He remembers Big Show chokeslaming him. He remembers being ambushed by Christian. He remembers Shawn Michaels kicking him right between the eyes. And he remembers McIntyre kicking him and closing the ambulance door with Ric Flair driving it.
Orton says in those moments, he saw nothing but complete darkness. He felt nothing but excruciating pain. Fast forward 24 hours and McIntyre stood in the middle of the ring with his mentors. He said they laughed, smile and played poker. He says with every action, there’s an opposite reaction. He felt obligated to treat them to an equal and opposite reaction last Monday on Raw in a much needed re-introduction to the legend killer.
Randy says they saw and felt everything he felt when the ambulance doors closed. They each felt the exact same pain that he did. And he put his night vision on to treat himself to a front row seat of every second of their agony. They look to the left, the right but nothing can stop the inevitable. The Big Show tried. He stood up and started swinging both his arms, so he smashed both his hands and he went through the poker table.
After that, he went to Christian who was looking for help. He came from behind him and he whispered “Say hi to Edge for me” and he dropped him there. Shawn was next. Shawn grabbed a chair and he was holding it but he took the chair from him and he kicked his skull in. By this point Ric made it to the door but Orton grabbed him and met his face. Orton says he wishes he could have seen Drew’s face. But that bill has not been paid in full, not until he is once again WWE Champion. Orton says it’s not over until he says it’s over. And Drew still has hell to pay.
Orton says if Drew wants to cement his legacy as WWE Champion, he will have it if he survives Hell in a Cell with him.
In comes Drew and he attacks Orton as WWE officials break it up.

KO Show – Kevin Owens
Kevin says usually he’s excited for the show but tonight is a different feel. He feels different and he knows Wyatt. People are right when they say that when the Fiend touches you, you change. Because he feels changed. Friday on SmackDown was the first time experiencing the presence of the Fiend and it’s still with him. He still feels it, the anger, the agony, the dread. And that’s why tonight is different. It’s not about having a nice chat as he throws away the chairs. Kevin says the KO Show is about that as we see a clip from Friday’s SmackDown where The Fiend attacked him.
Owens says the mandible claw, it’s hard to find words how it felt. He’ll never forget the feeling of it all. He couldn’t think or move. They are not friends, they could have been but Wyatt attacked him on Friday. He won’t be able to brainwash him or do what he did to Alexa Bliss. The only thing that matters is for him to get in the ring, that way he doesn’t have to wait until Friday to beat the hell out of him.
Bray says that’s not very nice and he doesn’t like it. And as for Alexa, that’s between her and him. It’s clear that he has no idea what he has gotten himself into but this Friday on SmackDown, he’ll know.

Not a bad Raw by any means but that's mostly down to Randy Orton, Drew McIntyre and the Hurt Business. Strowman against Keith Lee looks like decent program but Lee has to get a win at some point. Owens and The Fiend could be good too. #WWERaw
