“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.
A video kicks off the show highlighting Veterans Day in the United States. A loud “USA” chant picks up in the arena.
The RAW Tag Team Division is in the ring for a battle royal. The winning team will be team captains of the RAW tag team Survivor Series Team.
Tag Team Battle Royal
The Lucha House Party vs. Heath Slater and Rhyno vs. The Ascension vs. Bobby Roode and Chad Gable vs. The Revival vs. The B-Team
The Lucha House Party takes Chad Gable out with some high risk moves. Braun Strowman’s music hits, and everyone stops wrestling. Konnor greets Strowman at the foot of the ramp, but Strowman wipes him out. Strowman demolishes The Ascension and The Lucha House Party. Strowman gets in the ring and takes out Bobby Roode and The Revival. The other tag teams try to take him out, but Strowman overwhelms them. The match appears to be over. Strowman gets out of the ring and bulldozes through Axel, Gable, and Scott Dawson. Strowman grabs a chair, but the other tag team get out of there.

Strowman says tonight’s Monday Night RAW episode is brought to us by The Monster Among Men. Strowman sits on the chair in the middle of the ring. Strowman is done chasing Acting General Manager Baron Corbin around. He’s not leaving this ring until Corbin gets these hands.
Stephanie McMahon’s music hits, and the Commissioner of RAW makes her way to the ring. She understands that he’s upset over what Baron Corbin did during the Universal Championship match, but he can’t hold RAW hostage. She tells him to channel his rage and aggression for Survivor Series, which is an important event. Her brother, Shane McMahon, insulted the locker room when he stole the WWE World Cup. Is Strowman going to let Shane disrespect him? Strowman screams that he doesn’t give a damn about Shane or representing her at Survivor Series. McMahon takes a gulp and says he better give a damn. Strowman says he knows how the corporate types look at him like a mindless meat castle, but he knows when someone is trying to manipulate him. Strowman tells her to bring her lap dog Corbin out. McMahon says she is not underestimating him. Strowman is an intelligent man, and she’s a businesswoman. Team RAW has defeated Team Smackdown two years in a row. If Strowman leads them to victory again, he can have whatever he wants. McMahon says her word is her bond. Strowman doesn’t care about anything other than getting a Universal Championship match against Brock Lesnar. McMahon agrees to it. Strowman says before that, he wants Baron Corbin. She agrees. Strowman says he wants to pick the stipulations. McMahon agrees again. Strowman tells her to have Corbin file a waiver so he’s not responsible. McMahon says that will take some time, but the condition is Strowman cannot lay his hands on Corbin until after Survivor Series. If he can prove that he’s a team leader, he’ll get what he wants. Strowman says he better get what he wants or he’ll go to the WWE Corporate Headquarters and destroy the building.

RAW Women’s Champion “Rowdy” Ronda Rousey makes her way to the ring to a good reception. McMahon goes to make an introduction, but Rousey steals the microphone from her. Rousey tells her to save the pep talk. There’s nothing McMahon could say or offer to make her more motivated. She’s been waiting for a challenge like Becky Lynch since she came here. She’s heard about how “The Man” is going to rip her arm off, so she can’t wait to show “The Man” how it’s done. A “Becky” chant picks up. Rousey says maybe she doesn’t have to wait. Rousey starts to stalk McMahon.
Baron Corbin’s music hits, and he tells everyone to take a breath. They need to focus their aggression toward Shane McMahon and Smackdown at Survivor Series. Corbin gets on the apron and looks at Strowman. Corbin slowly gets in the ring. A “Get These Hands” chant picks up. Corbin warns about getting overconfident. Corbin puts his hand on Rousey’s shoulder, so she gives him a judo hip toss. Rousey then leaves the ring.
https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062152528220114944
Corbin gets to his feet and turns to see Strowman behind him. Corbin reminds Strowman that he can’t touch him. Strowman tells Corbin to enjoy his time being Stephanie’s lapdog. After Survivor Series, he’s going to neuter him. Strowman poses in the ring.
https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062153191666733057
The opening segment went a little long, but with so much to build for #SurvivorSeries this Sunday, it kind of had to be. I was happy they didn't have Stephanie McMahon get over on Strowman with the emasculation thing. There has to be some babyfaces that are immune to it. #RAW

Moon leaps over her, and they start going through some slow motion, clunky spots. Moon punches away at her and takes her down for a one count. Alexa Bliss is watching backstage. Moon gets out of a scoop slam and hits a reverse STO. Tamina gets out of the ring to recover. A light “Ember Moon” chant picks up. Moon then dropkicks Tamina. Moon turns and sees Nia Jax. Tamina then wipes Moon out with a clothesline.
-Commercial Break-

Tamina vs. Ember Moon was a clunky disaster that did no one any favors. Tamina is really, really, really rusty… then again, was she ever really good enough to be rusty? #RAW

Alexa Bliss will reveal the RAW Women’s Survivor Series team. Lashley faces Elias with the winner joining the Men’s Survivor Series team. Coming up next, Seth Rollins continues to search for answers.
-Commercial Break-
The Kansas City Chiefs are at ringside.
Corey Graves interviews Seth Rollins in the ring
Video Package: Seth Rollins’ search for answers from Dean Ambrose
Corey Graves is in the ring to interview Seth Rollins. WWE Intercontinental Champion Seth Rollins makes his way to the ring to a nice reception. Graves asks him about facing Shinsuke Nakamura this Sunday. Rollins says he is excited, but he doesn’t give a damn about Nakamura right now. Graves warns him that if his head isn’t in the game, Nakamura will take his head off. Rollins says he’ll be laser-focused on Sunday. Tonight, he wants answers from Dean Ambrose. Rollins wants to know why Ambrose did that to him and Roman Reigns. Rollins says Ambrose isn’t man enough to come out and tell him why.
Dean Ambrose appears on the titantron sitting on a red car. Ambrose warns Rollins to not ever think he’s not man enough to do something. Ambrose says she could come out of the cold and beat the hell out of him, but the people don’t deserve it. Ambrose doesn’t owe anyone an explanation. Ambrose is tired of people asking why. Ambrose wonders if Rollins is thinking he shouldn’t have treated him like an invalid. Maybe Ambrose has been the same guy the entire time. Rollins was too self-absorbed to see what was going on around him. There is a burning garbage can next to the car. Ambrose says maybe he is remorseful, but that’s not it. Ambrose used to think The Shield was strong together and wearing a vest made him strong. The truth is The Shield made him weak. Rollins and Reigns made him weak. The burden of being their brother and watching their backs made him weak. Everyday is a new day with a chance to be reborn and take the past… and burn it down. Ambrose pours gasoline on the Shield vest and throws it into the fire.

Great promo from Dean Ambrose. It had great intensity and felt real. It wasn't Ambrose impersonating Heath Ledger's Joker from a few years back. This was the next level. Nicely done. #RAW

In the ring, Rollins looks disgusted. Rollins throws the microphone down and stalks off to the back.
The commentators talk about what just happened. Coming up next, we’ll look at what is probably Kurt Angle’s last match.
-Commercial Break-
Video Package: Drew McIntyre annihilates Kurt Angle during last week’s RAW main event
Kurt Angle’s music hits, and the crowd comes to their feet. All of a sudden, Dolph Ziggler’s record scratch hits, and he comes out to the stage. Drew McIntyre soon follows. McIntyre says he told everyone that he would take over WWE. McIntyre broke The Shield and broke Kurt Angle. Angle gave him everything he had, but his will to win faded. Angle realized that he was in the ring with a superior man. Inevitably he was crawling on his hands and knees. Angle then started to cry. It was the most pathetic thing he’s ever seen. McIntyre had no choice but to put him out with his own Ankle Lock. McIntyre has sacrificed more than people realize. RAW is his show now. McIntyre will mold it in his image. There is no more room for weakness. There will be no more nostalgia acts.
https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062164551645491201
Finn Balor’s music hits, and he comes out to the ring. McIntyre says Balor has a lot of guts to come out here after what he did to him last week. Balor says McIntyre crossed the line last week. McIntyre could have just beaten Angle. He didn’t have to humiliate him. McIntyre says he could have done worse. Balor is just upset that he kicked his head off. Balor is exactly what is wrong with this place. Balor is too concerned with his feelings. It makes him sick. Balor tells him to shut up. Balor has been dealing with bullies like McIntyre his entire life. Balor challenges him to a match right now. McIntyre agrees… just not with him. Balor will have a match with the man who is the best in the world, no matter what Shane McMahon thinks, Dolph Ziggler. Ziggler looks surprised. If Balor can beat someone like Ziggler, maybe he’ll lower himself to Balor’s level. McIntyre then head-butts Balor.
-Commercial Break-
Dolph Ziggler vs. Finn Balor
The bell rings, and Ziggler immediately punches Balor down in the corner. Ziggler soon traps him in a chin lock. Ziggler drops an elbow for a two count before going back to the chin lock. Ziggler hits the ropes, but Balor chops the chest. Balor blocks a superkick, but Ziggler quickly elbows him. Balor then hits a desperation overhead kick. Balor starts to make a comeback and chops him. Balor takes him down and hits a double stomp to the midsection for a near fall. McIntyre is looking worried at ringside. Balor waits for Ziggler to get up, and he connects with a Sling Blade. Balor sizes him up, but Ziggler kicks him before hitting a spike DDT for a near fall. Balor gets to his feet and blocks a superkick, but Ziggler comes back with a famouser for a near fall. Ziggler goes for the Zig-Zag, but Balor holds the ropes. Balor hits a dropkick to the corner and goes to the top rope. Ziggler gets up, so Balor jumps over him. Balor throws Ziggler out of the ring and dropkicks McIntyre at ringside. Balor then gives Ziggler a back body drop out of the ring. Balor then wipes out McIntyre and Ziggler with a summersault senton. Balor gets Ziggler in the ring and goes for the Coup de Grace, but Ziggler moves. Ziggler rolls him up, but Balor turns it and picks up the win.
Winner by Pinfall: Finn Balor
McIntyre angrily chases Balor out of the ring. McIntyre is shaking with fury.
https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062169692247330816
Not a bad win for Finn Balor, but the match went a little too long. The writing is on the wall for McIntyre and Ziggler. That should be a good match when it eventually happens. #RAW
— Wrestleview.com (@wrestleview) November 13, 2018
I have to say the promo Drew McIntyre cut before the match began was star making. McIntyre came off like an amazing, serious main event heel. Drew McIntyre has arrived in a big way. #RAW

Alexa Bliss will announce the RAW Women’s Survivor Series team later tonight. We’ll also see WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar.
-Commercial Break-
Stephanie McMahon and Baron Corbin are walking backstage when they bump into Finn Balor. McMahon commends him for standing up for his convictions and puts him on the RAW Men’s Survivor Series team. Drew McIntyre and Dolph Ziggler run up, and McMahon tells them to stand down. She says McIntyre can’t attack his teammate. McMahon also said she heard what McIntyre said. Make no mistake, RAW is her show. McMahon wants McIntyre to do to Smackdown what he did to Kurt Angle. After Survivor Series, they can tear each other apart.
A replays is shown of Becky Lynch’s promo on Ronda Rousey from Smackdown.
Charly Caruso interviews Ronda Rousey backstage. Rousey says Lynch can dish it out, but she wasn’t trying to offend her path to becoming champion. Rousey just wanted to let her know how ridiculous her threats are. Lynch can dish it out, but she can’t take it. Rousey says Lynch is not just “The Man”… she is a Millennial Man. She’s the avocado toast eating Millennial. Lynch is not Oliver Twist, and she’s not a trust fund baby. Every fan of hers has watched her sweat to change the meaning of “fight like a girl.” Nia Jax and Tamina walk up and wish her luck at Survivor Series.

Ruby Riott makes her way to the ring with The Riott Squad.
-Commercial Break-
The Riott Squad is in the ring. Ruby Riott says she wants to address her actions from last week, but first she has to show what she did. A replay is shown of Riott breaking Jim Neidhart’s glasses in front of Natalya. Riott says when she broke Jim “The Anvil” Neidhart’s glasses, she struck a nerve not only with Natalya, but the entire WWE Universe. She’s had a week to think about her actions and completely understands why she’s received the backlash she has. Jim was a future WWE Hall of Famer. He was a badass powerhouse with the most infectious laugh. In a moment, she took all those happy memories and turned them into nightmares. Not only that, she humiliated Natalya in front of a worldwide audience… Riott smiles and says she enjoyed every second of it.
https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062174454179135488
Riott says she didn’t take it too far. She didn’t take it far enough. Riott, along with Logan and Morgan, have had to scratch and claw for everything they’ve got. She wanted Natalya to feel real emotion and bawl like a baby. In that moment, it all made sense as to why Neidhart wore the glasses. Jim was ashamed to look at his own daughter.
Natalya’s music hits, and she comes through the crowd to attack Riott. The Riott Squad soon overtakes her. Logan holds Natalya up while Riott hits the ropes to hit The Hart Attack. The Riott Squad stands over Natalya.

Only in WWE could this conversation happen: "Hey… your dad died. Let's exploit it on TV as a push!" "Yeah… great idea! It's what dad would want!"
If you're going to do this, at least make the attacks stiff. There was zero intensity on the attack. #RAW

The commentators run down the Survivor Series card.
Bobby Roode and Chad Gable make their entrance. They’re going to do the tag team battle royal again, next.

Paul Heyman is standing outside Brock Lesnar’s door. Lesnar will be out, next.
-Commercial Break-
The 5-on-5 Tag Team Survivor Series Elimination Match will be on the Survivor Series Kickoff Show.
Brock Lesnar and Paul Heyman address AJ Styles at Survivor Series
WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar makes his entrance alongside Paul Heyman. Heyman introduces himself as the advocate for the only two-time reigning, defending, undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion, Brock Lesnar. Heyman says no one deserves congratulations more than Lesnar himself, but they’ll dole a few congratulations out anyway. Heyman congratulates Braun Strowman for proving that he’s an almost unbeatable monster, except when you get hit with five F-5s from Lesnar. Congratulations also to Strowman for worming his way back into the title picture with some hardball negotiations. Congratulations to the entire Smackdown roster for avoiding the beating that will be handed out to the WWE Champion at Survivor Series. Finally, congratulations to AJ Styles, said WWE Champion. An “AJ Styles” chant picks up. Heyman says they believe Styles has a fighting chance against Lesnar based on what he did against Lesnar last year at Survivor Series. Styles is going to fly into Los Angeles, check into the Hotel California, check into the suite marked, “Suplex City” and take the beating. Heyman says if you don’t know what “Hotel California” is, “Google it, bitches.” Heyman says there is no one in WWE on Monday Night RAW, Smackdown, NXT, UFC, or anywhere else that Lesnar wants to take to Suplex City and F-5 more than AJ Styles. The champion of all champions, Brock Lesnar, will win. That’s not a predition, that’s…
https://twitter.com/totaldivaseps/status/1062179948943826944
Jinder Mahal’s music hits, and he comes out with The Singh Brothers. Mahal respects Heyman for trying to make his client a two sport champion. Mahal tells them to not underestimate Styles. Last year, Mahal was focused on facing Lesnar at Survivor Series, but Styles stole the match from him. Mahal wants to offer his services to show his client how to focus. Mahal wants to show his mantra. Lesnar says, “Come on in. You really want to hear this. After all, you are Jewish.” Heyman looks confused. Mahal enters the ring. Mahal starts doing his breathing…
…when Lesnar wipes them all out. Lesnar takes Sunil Singh and gives him a German Suplex onto his head! Lesnar wipes out the second Singh brother and hits Sunil with another German Suplex onto his head. Lesnar is smiling. Lesnar then press slams him out of the ring onto Mahal. Lesnar goes outside and gives Mahal an F-5 on the floor! Lesnar and Heyman then leave the ringside area.

Bobby Lashley takes on Elias with the winner joining the RAW Men’s Survivor Series team, next.
-Commercial Break-
Bobby Lashley and Lio Rush are in the ring. Rush says Lashley’s body is a work of art that Michelangelo couldn’t have even sculpted. Rush has Lashley do some poses. Rush then has Lashley bend over and show his rear end to the crowd.
“Hello… I am Elias.”
Elias is sitting on a stool at the top of the stage. The crowd sings, “Oh walk with Elias.” Elias is on the phone. Elias is pretending he’s calling Child Protective Services. Elias says Lashley is in the ring with a child he believes he kidnapped weeks ago. Rush can’t be no more than 10. Lashley has the child pointing at his pecs and butt. Lashley bent over… he has no idea why. Elias says he’ll try to hold him. The longer they’re out there, the more prone he is to falling asleep. Lashley challenges Elias to get in the ring and say it to his face. Elias says Lashley sucks, so he’ll do what he has to do. Before he does that…
Elias starts to play a guitar riff. Elias has a question for everyone here tonight: Who wants to walk with Elias? This match is next.

In the ring, the women are watching what just happened. Becky Lynch’s music hits, and the Smackdown Women’s Champion saunters down to the ring. “The Man” stares at the seven women in the ring. All of a sudden, the Smackdown women’s roster comes through the crowd and attacks the RAW superstars. Charlotte Flair gets in the ring and helps clear Team RAW from the ring. Lynch is busted open from the nose.
Ronda Rousey runs down and tries to clear the ring with one arm, but she’s having trouble. Flair spears Jax at ringside. Lynch, who is gushing blood, attacks her with a steel chair. Stephanie McMahon is furious with Baron Corbin over the invasion. Corbin doesn’t know how they got in the building. McMahon says he’s not doing a very good job. This cannot happen come Sunday. She asks how he will fix what just happened. Corbin says he will find a way. RAW comes to an end at 11 PM EST with no overrun. The overrun era is over.

Even though the #RAW/#SDLive invasion on each show before #SurvivorSeries has been done to death, this one actually wound up pretty good. Accidents in wrestling sometimes turn into great moments. Becky Lynch gushing blood and fighting like an Irish warrior was so awesome.
