Show opens with an in-ring promo by The Revival about their Tag Team Title match at TakeOver: The End. Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa interrupt. The two teams go back-and-forth until a match is made for later on in the show. Revival try to jump Gargano and Ciampa, but Gargano and Ciampa send them packing.
Backstage promo by Shinsuke Nakamura, saying Austin Aries will bow down to the King of Strong Style at TakeOver: The End.
Tye Dillinger def. Murphy by pinfall with a Fireman’s Carry Neckbreaker.
Face-to-face interview airs with Corey Graves interviewing NXT Champion Samoa Joe and Finn Balor about their Steel Cage title match at TakeOver: The End.
Austin Aries def. Elias Samson by submission with the Last Chancery. Afterwards, Aries cuts a promo saying that at TakeOver: The End, the spotlight will shine on where it belongs, me.
Another vignette on the impending debut of Andrade Cien Almas, who will debut next week at TakeOver: The End.
Main Event: Johnny Gargano and Tommaso Ciampa def. The Revival by pinfall when Gargano pinned Dawson with an inside cradle after countering a superplex. The Revival attacked Gargano and Ciampa afterwards until American Alpha run in to make the save, brawling with the Revival.
Show closes with a contract signing for the NXT Women’s Title match at TakeOver: The End between champion Asuka and Nia Jax. Nia says she is not scared of Asuka and she is the future. Asuka says Nia talks too much and if you’re not scared of me, you should be. They get into it, with Nia laying Asuka out with a powerbomb as the show goes off the air.
