According to WWE’s website, Monday Night Raw on September 21st, 2009 will be held at the Alltel Arena in Little Rock, Arkansas. Earlier in the week, the Cox Center in Oklahoma City announced itself as the host venue for the September 21st edition of Raw, but then retracted the announcement a few hours later.
