WWE aired a new video package during tonight’s 8/16 WWE Smackdown Live hyping the return of Curt Hawkins (Brian Myers) as part of the Smackdown brand.
Hawkins was released by WWE back in June of 2014. He remained active on the independent wrestling scene and appeared in TNA on behalf of Jeff Jarrett’s Global Force Wrestling featuring a run as TNA Tag Team Champions with Trevor Lee.
