Triple H took part in a conference call today with the pro wrestling media to promote tomorrow night’s NXT Takeover: Rival live special on the WWE Network. Here are some highlights from the call:
* At the beginning of the call, Triple H mentioned the photo leak involving Seth Rollins and said that Seth (real name Colby Lopez) had apologized to his friends and family and was not gonna be punished by WWE for the incident.
* Triple H noted that by the end of 2015 into 2016, the hope is for NXT to become a full, touring brand around the United States, running in smaller venues, as well as doing “sold shows” that are run by a third-party promoter.
* On the status of Alex Riley after Riley has been off the last few WWE RAW pre-game shows, Triple H said that Riley was making a “mild transition” into some new and different opportunities in the coming months, at the request of Riley.
