Jasper Orton, 18-year-old cousin of WWE star Randy Orton, is now under a developmental deal with WWE according to a report by Dave Meltzer. Orton, who just graduated from high school, is also from St. Louis like Randy. He recently suffered a torn meniscus and will be out of action until he can start down in Florida.
