Curtis Axel suffered an injury to both of his hips last Monday night during the RAW taping in Memphis according to multiple wrestling media reports. This is why the originally scheduled Axel vs. Big E Langston match for the WWE Intercontinental Championship was pulled from the Hell in a Cell preshow last night. No word on how much time Axel is expected to miss as a result of the injury.
