During filming for the new “Total Divas” reality show for the E! Network featuring WWE Divas, the show does acknowledge the current relationship between Nikki Bella and John Cena. Daniel Bryan talked about also being filmed for the show as he is in a relationship with Brie Bella. It wasn’t always a given they would reveal Cena as being in a relationship with Nikki given his position within WWE.
