WWE Hall of Famer Lex Luger was noticeably absent during the introductions of the 2025 Hall of Fame Class during WrestleMania 41 Saturday. His name was not even mentioned, which began fuel questions.
During his appearance on Tuesday’s episode of The Ariel Helwani Show, Luger said the only reason he missed the show, was due to not being able to get out of bed the next day. WWE Hall of Famer Diamond Dallas Page, who was on the episode with Luger added that it was a long night and they were used to being on the east coast.
“It’s wild how that stuff catches fire. With all that happened, the next day on Saturday, I could hardly get out of bed. I called the guys and they were cool about it. They said, ‘Look, we’d love to have you down there. Let’s see how you feel later in the day,’ but it was obvious by later in the afternoon that I wasn’t going to be able to get out there.”
Luger and DDP appear during the 59:35 mark of the episode.
