A former WWE United States Champion and former AEW TNT Champion is scheduled to be in Las Vegas, Nevada during the week of WrestleMania 41.
Miro (formerly Rusev in WWE) has been announced for KnokX Pro’s events April 16 through April 18 at the Downtown Las Vegas Events Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to F4WOnline, KnokX Pro is a California-based wrestling school and promotion founded in 2009 and run by WWE Hall of Famer Rikishi. Miro was part of the academy’s first-ever graduating class.
Also per F4WOnline, this past October WWE named KnokX Pro Academy as one of the first five schools that received the WWE ID designation. The new WWE ID program is designed specifically to provide up-and-coming independent wrestlers a pathway to a potential career in WWE.
Booker T’s Reality of Wrestling, Cody Rhodes’ Nightmare Factory, Seth Rollins’ Black and Brave Academy, and the Elite Pro Wrestling Training Center are part of the initial group of schools.
This past Wednesday, PWInsider had reported that Miro was seen at WWE’s Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut and had signed a deal to make his soon return to the company. He had his last match with AEW at the December 2024 Worlds End PPV. He was released from his AEW contract this past February, after only having wrestled eleven matches since 2021.
