TribLive.com is reporting that current WWE star The Great Khali, real name Dalip Singh, recently underwent a surgery to remove a tumor from his pituitary gland, which is a pea-sized organ near the brain. The tumor is said to cause a condition called “acromegaly”, that could be fatal if not treated and is said to be one of the reasons behind the death of WWE Hall of Famer Andre the Giant. Khali is said to make a full recovery from the surgery and is expected to miss three to four months of ring time.
