WWE Superstar Bronson Reed took to social media, clarifying his injury, which initially was reported as an ankle fracture or other type of ankle injury.
Reed indicated he smashed his talus bone completely in half and that it had to be surgically repaired with screws and fragments taken out. In addition, Reed also said that he had bone marrow removed from his hip that was put into his foot. Bronson went on to say he will not be at the premiere of Raw on Netflix and not expect a Royal Rumble surprise and that the biggest loss is that he will miss WrestleMania.
Bronson’s post from X is below:
Reed’s injury happened during the WarGames Match at Survivor, after he crashed through a table with a Tsunami from the top of the cage, in an attempt to land on Roman Reigns. CM Punk pulled Reigns out of the way. After the show went off the air, Reed needed assistance from the Bloodline getting out of the ring and going to the backstage area.
