As of June 18, CM Punk is the longest reigning WWE Champion since Cena dropped the belt due to injury on October 3, 2007. He currently holds the belt at 213 days which beat out Triple H’s reign of 210 days which lasted from April 27, 2008 to November 23, 2008.
