WWE SmackDown sees drop in viewership, key demo

This week’s WWE SmackDown drew 1.494 million viewers on the USA Network, according to a report from Wrestlenomics.

This is down from last week’s viewership of 1.723 million.

The show, which featured a face-to-face between Roman Reigns and Cody Rhodes, Andrade facing LA Knight for the United States Championship, and a six-man tag match pitting the Bloodline against Kevin Owens and the Street Profits, scored a 0.45 rating in the key demo, down from last week’s rating of 0.55.

Despite the drop, SmackDown ranked #1 in the key demo among cable originals in primetime, ahead of ESPN coverage of college football which scored a 0.34 rating.
