According to a report by Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, there was lots of “finger pointing” regarding problems at the Extreme Rules PPV last Sunday including John Cena’s promo after the main event, Brock Lesnar nearly getting hurt and timing issues on Raw (Chris Jericho botching the finish to the “Beat the Clock” match with Big Show). Vince McMahon reportedly wanted more rehearsals and to have the writers, producers and production people to have stronger communication.
