Son of WWE Hall of Famer sentenced in 2023 DUI case

PWInsider has reported that Nicholas Bollea (Nick Hogan) was sentenced to a year of probation following a DUI arrest in November 2023.

The son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan was arrested as he was returning home from a bikini contest at his father’s restaurant, taken into custody after refusing to submit to a breathalyzer test.

The arrest report noted that his vehicle approached a traffic stop set up by police, opting not to vacate the lane or reduce his spead when signaled to pull over.

As part of the sentencing, Bollea will be placed on an alcohol monitoring system for the first four months of his probation and has received a $1000 fine.

Nick will be able to request a release from the probation after six months, and will seemingly not have his driving license revoked or suspended provided he completes a twelve-hour Advanced Driving Instruction course.

This case follows a string of similar vehicular incidents between 2006 and 2007 for the motorsports enthusiast, including a notable crash that left Bollea’s passenger and family friend John Graziano permanently disabled.
