The WWE Hall of Famer was also on hand for commentary throughout the event, including the steeplechase, after a recent appearance at WrestleMania XL for a similar role.
The trials are set to continue through Sunday, June 30, with varying coverage taking place on Peacock and other NBC platforms ahead of the 2024 Summer Olympics emanating in and around Paris, France.
