According to Fightful Select, WWE has maintained interest in STARDOM talent Giulia and considers her as priority to sign when she is available to do so.
It was said that reports of Giulia signing an extension with STARDOM are indeed true.
The report also notes that per some WWE sources, Giulia was less than happy that word of WWE’s interest in her leaked online, especially because she is not even close at this point to to signing any type of deal with the company. Furthermore, as of last month, Giulia did not want a representative for contract talks with WWE, as she will handle that on her own. This of course can all change when/if the time comes to have discussions with WWE.
As it pertains to AEW, Fightful Select notes there were rumors that AEW was not interested in her. However, her name apparently came up within the company just this past Spring.
It was also noted that if Giulia were to sign with either WWE or AEW and move to the United States, it is believed by sources from both companies that she would have to put in a lot of work with producers and coaches in order adjust to the in-ring styles of the matches for either company.
The report from Fightful Select concluded by saying that those within WWE feel it is a given Giulia would start at the Performance Center, unless she was was able to get prepared to be on the main roster in advance.
Guilia currently holds the NJPW Strong Women’s Championship.
