According to TMZ, Nick Hogan, the son of WWE Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan was arrested on Saturday morning just before 4:00 am local time in Clearwater, FL.
Hogan was booked him on suspicion of driving under the influence. Local police also noted that he allegedly refused to submit to sobriety testing.
TMZ further notes in their report that the exact circumstances which led up to the arrest are unclear. However, it is said that the authorities have logged this as a misdemeanor and had Nick Hogan pose for his mugshot while he was being processed. At the time of this writing, he has not yet been released from custody.
Nick had been involved in a very bad car accident back 2007 when he was 17-years old. That crash took place in Clearwater, Florida. Nick was driving with a friend of his -John Graziano, who suffered a serious brain injury as a result of the crash.
Nick, pleaded no contest to reckless driving involving serious bodily injury. Police alleged that alcohol played a factor in the crash. Nick served an 8-months in jail as a result.
