WWE.com is reporting that Lilian Garcia is returning to WWE full-time after two year hiatus as the new voice of Smackdown on Syfy. Garcia debuted with WWE back in August 1999 and left the company in September 2009. Garcia is expected to start tomorrow night at the Smackdown taping in Jacksonville.
