The launch of the new WWE Network has been discussed internally as wanting to start up as early as April to be part of the “Wrestlemania publicity machine” reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. This reportedly came as a shock to many when given as a suggestion. WWE has continued to issue surveys in recent weeks getting key feedback on PPV offerings and if fans would be willing to change cable or satellite providers if they don’t offer the network. The biggest obstacle WWE faces with the network is getting cable systems to clear it. Either way, it will launch in 2012.
