Details on the WWE talent and employee meetings held today following Endeavor news

WWE holds all hands on deck meetings

Following the news from earlier today that Endeavor would be purchasing WWE to merge the company with the UFC into a new publicly traded sports and entertainment company, WWE held two meetings: one for talent and one for their staff.

Fightful Select reported the details of each event.

The staff meeting was run by WWE CEO Nick Khan, WWE President, and CFO Frank Riddick III, and WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque. The major focus of this meeting was that Endeavor would not be getting involved in the creative or production sides of their show. They pushed the news as a positive but did not mention how any departments in the company could be affected by the purchase.

The talent meeting was held before tonight’s WWE Raw. Not all talent was in attendance. Some had already left that wasn’t booked for the show, including some SmackDown talents.

The talent meeting was run by Khan and Levesque. They praised the record-breaking numbers that WrestleMania 39 accomplished over the weekend. They reiterated that nothing would be changing under Endeavor from a creative or production standpoint. Vince McMahon was mentioned as one of the people in power, but what role he would specifically be functioning in at events, if any, was not clarified.

For both meetings, they did not take any questions.
