WWE.com has posted an interesting article by Michael Burdick seeming to hint at a future storyline involving Smackdown and GM Teddy Long and the upcoming “Super” Smackdown special live this Tuesday night.
“Even though Raw stands firm as the longest running episodic show on cable television, SmackDown’s edgy, often-controversial action has run the table on the latter part of the week for more than a decade – first on Thursdays, then on Fridays. With all it has accomplished, Teddy Long knows as much as anyone that there is no limit to where the show can go.”
This article comes at an interesting time when some are speculating a possible time slot change for the show on Syfy to Tuesday night’s and if the show this coming Tuesday is a test. It also could mean the total opposite and the start of a new storyline involving Long. Either way, it is an interesting read.
