WWE Superstar R-Truth took to Twitter to thanks the fans for the support and love he has received following his successful surgery to repair a torn quad.
R-Truth tore his quad during his match against Grayson Waller on the November 1 episode of NXT, when he did a dive to the outside, taking out Waller. The referee stopped the match. Truth could be seen clutching his knee after he landed. After the commercial break, Truth had to be helped to the back by WWE medical staff.
Earlier this week, R-Truth confirmed the injury and noted that he would be undergoing surgery. There is no word on how long he will be out of action.
