ESPN is reporting that WWE signed 14 athletes from the tryouts during SummerSlam week in Nashville, TN. Names of the signed talents were not given. WWE opened the tryouts to recently graduated and current college athletes.
The report notes that 50 college athletes took part in the tryout.
Some of the athletes at the tryout out were Troy Polamalu’s nephew Talati Polamalu, North Carolina Track and Field Star Anna Keefer and Michigan State gymnast Lea Simone Mitchell.
