Finn Balor posted a video in Twitter explaining why he was absent from the Royal Rumble this year. Finn Balor explains that he didn’t want to take any time off. He didn’t need to take time off. His visa needed to be renewed and he had to go to Ireland and visit the U.S. Embassy to renew his visa. It was simply legal paper work. No other reason.
