Last night’s 3/28 WWE Monday Night Raw drew a 3.8 cable rating with an average of 5.8 million viewers. Numbers were up huge as the first hour drew a 3.56 rating (5.4 million viewers), while the second hour drew a strong 4.06 rating (6.2 million viewers).
