HBO Max released the official trailer on Friday for the new DC Comics series Peacemaker, starring John Cena.
The first three episodes for Peacemaker will all debut Thursday, January 13, 2022. After that, new episodes will air on HBO Max each week. There is a total eight episodes for season one.
The series will be based on the Peacemaker character’s background and what happened to him following the Suicide Squad movies.
James Gunn, who is the writer and director of Suicide Squad and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy wrote and directed the series.
