According to new report from PWInsider, Mustafa Ali has been “quietly” moved to Monday Night Raw.
Ali last appeared on WWE television when he and Shorty G lost to The Revival on the December 13, 2019 episode of Friday Night SmackDown, which took place live from Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
It also has previously been widely speculated by several media outlets that Ali was to be revealed as the mystery hacker on SmackDown. However, no hacker vignettes have aired in several weeks, which could mean that the angle has either been dropped, or will move over to Monday Night Raw, if indeed Ali is the hacker.
Wrestleview never reported or speculated on the rumors of Ali being revealed as the potential mystery hacker.
As of this report, WWE’s website still has Ali listed on the SmackDown roster.
Note on friends and family at WWE tapings
PWInsider is reporting that there are “friends and family” at today’s WWE television taping at the Performance Center.
We reported yesterday that WWE issued a statement about reports of fans in attendance on the Monday television tapings of Raw and SmackDown.
WWE had postponed their television tapings of next week’s Raw and SmackDown which was set for yesterday because a developmental talent in attendance tested positive for COVID-19.
