WWE NXT Superstar Velveteen Dream (Patrick Clark) was trending worldwide on social media earlier on Friday following a screenshot that was posted to Reddit, alleging that he had an inappropriate exchange with a minor on Instagram.
It was alleged that Clark sent a photo of his private parts to the minor and then asked for a photo in return. There has been speculation that Clark’s account was hacked, and that person accessed a photo he may have previously shared with another individual.
Clark took to Twitter on Friday to deny the allegations and stated that he did not have inappropriate communications with anyone before saying that a private photo of him was shared without his consent or knowledge.
He also noted that he is working with a third party to look into what happened.
