According to a new report from PWInsider, WWE has applied for new trademarks as it pertains to Randy Orton and The Undertaker.
For Randy Orton – “Apex Predator”
For The Undertaker – “The Deadman” and “The Phenom”
It was also noted that WWE has a prior application last year for “The Phenom” that is still active. There is no word as to why WWE filed for this trademark again.
All three trademarks are for “G & S: Entertainment services, namely, wrestling exhibitions and performances by a professional wrestler and entertainer rendered live and through broadcast media including television, and via the internet or commercial online service; providing wrestling news and information via a global computer network; providing information in the fields of sports and entertainment via an online community portal”
