Following last night’s episode of WWE NXT, two Steel Cage Matches are set for the March 4 show.
It was already announced last week that Dakota Kai would be taking on Tegan Nox inside a Steel Cage, but last night it was said that Velveteen Dream would face Roderick Strong in a cage the same night. Dream and Strong have had a long standing rivalry that started when Strong beat Dream for the North American Championship in September 2019 before injuring him. Dream returned in January 2020 and has been targeting Strong’s family.
NXT to air from WWE Performance Center on March 11
Before the start of last night’s NXT show, Triple H came out to announce that the March 11 episode of NXT would air from the WWE Performance Center. Free tickets were available for the fans there as part of Fan Appreciation Night. The tickets went quickly.
It was long known by WWE that NXT would have to move out of Full Sail University for one night only on March 11. Full Sail University will be holding their Hall of Fame ceremony in the building that night.
