WWE Hall of Famer Bret Hart took to Instagram on Thursday revealing he has basal cell carcinoma (BCC), which is the most common form of skin cancer.
According to skincancer.org, Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is the most common form of skin cancer, and is the most frequently occurring form of all cancers.
In the U.S. alone, more than 4 million cases are diagnosed each year. BCCs arise from abnormal, uncontrolled growth of basal cells.
Because BCCs grow slowly, most are curable and cause minimal damage when caught and treated early. When understanding BCC causes, risk factors and warning signs, it can help you detect them early, which is when they are the easiest to treat and cure.
On behalf of the entire staff here at Wrestleview, we would like to wish Bret Hart the best during his treatment for skin cancer.
