WWE Raw taped show draws second-lowest viewership of modern era

The Raw Ratings are in for December 23, 2019.

This week’s edition, which was a taped last week in Des Moines, IA, drew an average of 1.840 million viewers on Monday night according to a report by showbuzzdaily.com. 

This is the second lowest rating for Raw in the modern era, and down 10 percent from last week’s non-holiday modern era low that averaged 2.054 million viewers.

Last year’s Christmas Eve episode of Raw still holds the record for the lowest rating in the modern era with 1.78 million viewers.

WWE came in at No. 4, No. 6, and No. 9 for the night on cable in the 18-49 demographics. Last week’s show placed No. 4, No. 8 and No. 10.  

The first hour drew the strongest audience (1.955 million viewers).

The Monday Night Football game with the Minnesota Vikings vs. Green Bay Packers NFL game won the night on cable with an average of 13.57 million viewers.

Hour 1: 1.955 (down from 2.204 million viewers last week)

Hour 2: 1.864 (down from 2.099 million viewers last week)

Hour 3: 1.686 (down from 1.858 million viewers last week)

This week’s Raw, headlined by Rey Mysterio defending the United States Title against Seth Rollins, averaged a 0.56 rating among adults 18-49. This is down from the 0.60 rating the show had last week.
