Kofi Kingston announced on The New Day’s podcast that he has signed a new contract with WWE.
Kingston said the deal was just signed and is for five years. That would put the deal expiring in 2024. No other details were announced.
After signing with WWE in 2006, Kingston has gone on to have a big career in WWE. Kingston started on television on the ECW brand in late 2007. Kingston would become a 9-time Tag Team Champion, 4-time Intercontinental Champion, and a 3-time United States Champion before winning the WWE Championship from Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania 35.
