The full teams for the first-ever Women’s WarGames match at NXT TakeOver: WarGames III have been almost completely revealed.
As was speculated last week, Rhea Ripley will have Tegan Nox and Candice LeRae on her team. Ripley was asked on The Bump why she hasn’t chosen Dakota Kai. Ripley replied that she needs the best fighters on her team. This set up Kai taking on Shayna Baszler on tonight’s NXT so Kai can prove she belongs on the team.
As for Baszler, she will have Bianca Belair and Io Shirai on her team. Baszler will wait for Ripley to reveal her fourth member before revealing her pick. Jessamyn Duke and Marina Shafir will be her friends on the outside of the cage.
NXT TakeOver: WarGames III will take place in Chicago, Illinois on November 23.
