TMZ Sports has obtained footage (above) of the July 25 DUI arrest of Jimmy Uso (Jonathan Fatu) in Pensacola, Florida.
The video showcases the police officer trailing Fatu’s SUV, which was going 86 mph in a 45 mph zone. The SUV swerves in and out of the lane before the officer pulls him over.
The police officer asked Fatu to step out of the car and stand in front of the police cruiser. Fatu seems confused and stumbles to the front of the car. The officer asks Fatu if he would like to complete a field sobriety test, but Fatu asks to have a lawyer present. The officer explains that this is a traffic stop and a lawyer at the roadside is not an option. Fatu persists and will not answer the officer’s request for a field sobriety test, so he is placed under arrest.
The Usos have not been seen on WWE television since RAW on July 29. They were supposed to do an autograph signing during SummerSlam weekend in Toronto, but Jimmy was unable to cross the border due to the arrest. The Usos were pulled from all appearances since then and have not been used.
Jonathan Fatu has been fighting the charges and will be due back in court next week.
