Update: WWE sent Wrestleview the following comment on Jimmy Uso’s arrest: ”Jonathan Fatu is responsible for his own personal actions.”
TMZ Sports is reporting that WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso (Jonathan Fatu) was arrested early Thursday morning for driving under the influence near Pensacola, Florida.
This is Jonathan Fatu’s third arrest for driving under the influence.
According to TMZ’s report of the situation, Jimmy was pulled over after a police officer noticed him driving erratically and swerving left and right. The officer also noted that Jimmy “reeked of booze.” The officer attempted to administer a DUI test, but Jimmy refused.
Jimmy was booked with a DUI charge at 3:04 a.m. There is no word on what his blood alcohol level is.
As of this writing, Jimmy is still in jail on a $1,000 bond.
Jimmy was arrested for disorderly conduct and obstruction in Detroit this past February. His wife, Trinity Fatu (Naomi), was pulled over after driving the wrong way down a one-way street. Jimmy got out of the car and attempted to fight the police officers.
It should be noted that at RAW Reunion this past Monday, The Usos were involved in a segment with John Cena where he made reference to their mugshots (Jey Uso was arrested January 2018 for a DWI in Texas) and both brothers laughed. Jimmy said during the segment, “Shout out to Hillsborough County,” the county he was put under arrest for DUI in 2013.
