Following last night’s RAW, two more matches have been added to the Extreme Rules event, as well as a new stipulation added to an already booked match.
WWE announced that WWE United States Champion Ricochet will be defending his title against AJ Styles. Styles reformed The Club on last week’s RAW to attack Ricochet following a loss in a United States Championship match.
Braun Strowman and Bobby Lashley will also square off in a Last Man Standing Match. Last week on RAW, Strowman and Lashley destroyed the LED wall of the stage and were carted off in an ambulance. Lashley returned on last night’s RAW in a winning effort against Rey Mysterio.
After besting Bayley in a Beat The Clock Challenge, Nikki Cross was allowed to pick the stipulation for the Smackdown Women’s Championship match this Sunday. Cross made the match into a 2-on-1 Handicap Match with her and Alexa Bliss taking on Bayley. A Sasha Banks return was also teased.
Paul Heyman also “guaranteed” that Brock Lesnar would be cashing in his Money in the Bank contract at the event.
