WWE personality Pat McAfee talked on his Heartland Radio show “The Pat McAfee Show” about his experience working WrestleMania 35 this past Sunday.
McAfee talks about how he was helping to host the WrestleMania Kickoff Show. For that show, he made an interesting fashion choice by wearing tuxedo shorts. WWE commentator Michael Cole saw McAfee wearing the tuxedo shorts and proceeded to yell at him in front of a number of people.
Cole later found out that Vince McMahon himself had approved of the wardrobe choice and apologized to McAfee. Cole was worried that McAfee was going to hurt his opportunity with the company. McAfee, who was ready to walk off due to the incident, accepted the apology and went on with the show.
