AJ Styles will be remaining with WWE.
Styles confirmed on Twitter this afternoon that he agreed to terms on a new deal with the company, just hours after reports by PWInsider and F4WOnline indicated that Styles and WWE were close on coming to terms on a new contract.
The terms of the new contract were not immediately available. His current deal was set to expire in April, shortly after WrestleMania 35 in three weeks.
Styles made his WWE debut at the 2016 Royal Rumble and is a two-time WWE Champion. Styles will face Randy Orton at WrestleMania 35 on April 7.
This is the newest member of my family. Also, I’ve signed a new contract with the WWE. What a cute little guy. pic.twitter.com/PNqh9shgTH
