PWInsider is reporting that WWE filed a trademark on February 4 for the phrase “Then Now Forever” after a similar ad by CBS aired during Super Bowl weekend.
CBS aired an ad with the phrase “Then, Now, Always” that was similar to WWE.
WWE has been using the similar phrase on programming since 2012.
