WWE.com has announced that Hall of Famer Hulk Hogan will be making an appearance on RAW this Monday night from Orlando, Florida.
WWE touched on Hogan’s infamous history with “Mean” Gene during his career.
“Let me tell you something, ‘Mean’ Gene…So began many of Hulk Hogan’s most memorable proclamations, making interviewer and backstage personality “Mean” Gene Okerlund a cornerstone of Hulkamania in the 1980s. Now, in the wake of Okerlund’s recent passing, Hogan returns to WWE programming this Monday night on Raw to honor his longtime friend. Hogan and Okerlund’s friendship spanned the decades, from WWE to WCW and back to WWE. On Monday night, Hogan honors his brother.”
Monday will be Hogan’s first appearance on WWE television in nearly four years after he was fired by the company for making racially charged remarks.
Hogan did make an appearance at the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia back in November, in what was his first official appearance back with the company.
Last July, WWE officially reinstated Hogan into the company’s Hall of Fame.
Already announced for RAW this Monday:
– TV returns of John Cena, Braun Strowman and Universal Champion Brock Lesnar
– Bobby Roode and Chad Gable vs. The Revival (RAW Tag Team Titles)
– The debut of Alexa Bliss’ new talk show “A Moment of Bliss”
