WWE Raw Superstar Titus O’Neil announced on his Instagram Saturday he spoke with his Bullard Family Foundation and the Hillsborough County Public school system in Florida with the hope of opening a free school for at-risk children.
O’Neil stated the school would be similar to the I Promise school that was recently opened in Akron, Ohio by NBA All-Star LeBron James. O’Neil went on to say in his post the school would include free tuition, uniforms, transportation, food, adult education and more.
