The announcement included details on the creation of two new championships: WWE United Kingdom Women’s Championship and WWE United Kingdom Tag Team Championships. New champions will be determined at upcoming live events.
The upcoming live events include:

It was not yet announced when the new brand would begin airing as a series, which is expected to be part of the WWE Network going forward.
Triple H first coined the term “Global Localization” in a presentation earlier this year during WrestleMania 34 weekend and was quoted in the announcement.
“The U.K. has an amazing talent base and incredibly passionate fans that are deserving of their own showcase. This is the next step in our ongoing strategy to create localized content and further develop our brand globally.”
