As we reported yesterday, Phil “CM Punk” Brooks and Scott “Colt Cabana” Colton were found not guilty in court over a civil lawsuit filed against them by WWE physician Dr. Chris Amann this week in Cook County, Illinois.
All charges against both men were officially dropped once the jury found both men not guilty of defamation, amongst other charges. Colt Cabana has since taken to Twitter to express his satisfaction with the result, which you can view below.
The jury decides unanimously in my favor.

Nick Hausman of WrestleZone.com caught up with CM Punk and Colt Cabana shortly afterwards, and was able to get a quick interview with both men separately. Punk, obviously happy with the result, appears to be ready to move on with his life and focus on his upcoming UFC fight this Saturday in his hometown of Chicago.
Cabana expressed a similar sentiment and expressed how it was “nerve wracking” during the trial this week, but was very confident in himself and his lawyer. He also stated he would continue to do his podcast moving forward.
